Since 1988, Joan Pagano has designed and conducted personalized health and fitness programs for men and women of all ages. She's had the privilege of working with prominent figures, like Jacqueline Onassis and Caroline Kennedy. As a fitness consultant, Joan's mission is to provide professional guidance and support to people at all levels of fitness. Her expert custom coaching will keep you on track with your goals and help you age gracefully.

All exercise programs are based on Joan's book Strength Training Exercises for Women.
